Next Event:
The February Synthetic Zero event was on February 2 at 8pm. Mitsu Hadeishi curated a set of experimental films and video at a CONVERSIONs event at the Haven Gallery in Mott Haven, 235 E. 141st Street at Rider Avenue, which was partially sponsored by the Bronx Council on the Arts. The gallery opened at 6pm, and films started at 8.
The February screening included:

Jean-Gabriel Periot, "We Are Winning Don't Forget" (France)

Paul Ritt, "Spirit" (Holland)
Cara Marisa Deleon, "Convulse" (Savannah, Georgia)
The gallery also featured visual art
curated by the Haven Gallery, including work by Alison Ward, Shannon Lange,
Luis Pagan, Melissa Calderon, Trisha Hanudel, Anne Humenfeld, and Xavier.
Mott Haven is only 20 minutes from Union Square.

Concourse. Walk east 2 blks, left on Canal Place, right on 141st St.
